'10 OH QB Andrew Hendrix

Just finished having a good visit wG Andrew Hendrix for an upcoming feature. He is clear he wants to make a decision prior to his senior year but also wants to definitely come back to see the Vols on the practice field. His earlier visit came during a break in spring camp, but he spoke very highly of David Reaves, Mitch Browning and Jim Chaney.
Also, there are a couple other 2010 teammates that UT has some interest in and Moeller has 3 stud players for the 2011 class who are going to be big-time.
I'm hanging around for the Big Orange Caravan and will have a report from that later this evening/first thing in the morning.

That is good info. I think if he gets back on campus and likes the practice that he sees he will commit on the spot.

I take that back I looked at his offer list and it is impressive. Face transplant first before the scholly.

"I'm not sure yet," he said. "I am going to see how everything is going with making my decision and everything and I'll decide from there if I am going to keep ND in my top list even though they haven't offered me yet."

Hendrix said he isn't in a hurry to make that decision, though he hopes to begin narrowing down his list after spring."I'm going to wait until the end of spring," he said. "A couple more schools are coming in to Moeller soon. After that I'll do it."

Says he loves Pen State in an AMP video but I don't think they have offered. I think he's going to be Vol.

I really like him---others seem to think he's second fiddle to Heaps/Scroggins but I'd take Hendrix over Scroggins. Very strong HS program--well coached and mature. I think he'll be a good one, a really good one

I like him, he spells his name like Jimi Hendrix....

About his most recent offer, Hendrix said, "It was definitely pretty big to get an offer from such a prestigious school like Tennessee. They are a big time program, and to know you have reached that type of level is just an honor. To get an honor from such a big school in such a great conference, it was definitely a great surprise."

Kind of shows your intelligence level there bud...Hendrix appears to be a career backup QB type....Scroggins is a start around mid season in your freshman year type :eek:k:
