'10 OK ATH Demarco Cobbs

Guys I seriously doubt he's switched to Texas. They tend to pretty much lock up their class minus a player or two very early.

I just saw the ESPN post someone copied and pasted. Its legit apparently.

Honestly though, it could have been a bigger loss. We've got better WRs and we're in with better safeties. It does suck to lose a good athlete though.

Cobbs has carried 103 times for 946 yards (9.2 average) and 13 touchdowns and completed 30 of 56 pass attempts (53.6-percent) for 577 yards, seven touchdowns and two interceptions this season. On defense, he's registered 50 tackles, one interception, one fumble recovery and one forced fumble for 6-2 Tulsa Central.

The only thing that makes sense here is that Cobbs wanted to be a WR and got concerned that he wouldn't get a fair shake on that side of the ball at Tennessee.

Thats the only thing that makes any sense, imho.

Cobbs seriously would not have played for us. It may hurt now but its all good peeps!! now this really opens the door for some other better recruits. Keep your heads up vols!!
