I think that rumour is not quite true or exaggerated. Mom is most comfortable with USC. She has said that, but I wouldn't go quite that far to say she refuses to sign for anyone else. However, it's not what she says, but what he has said privately that has USC optimistic.

I would like to think that a mother would be comforted a little more by the fact her son is going with two players from his school to college. I see no way that getting Miller and Willis could hurt us in his recruitment.

From what I heard he is going to be all USC because that is where his sister goes to school. He is good but guys I am hear to tell you I don't think he is going to be the best running back in this class. There is a kid from Rock Hill High school that is flying under the radar because he did not go to all the combines that Lattimore got to. It is also alot easier to look great when you ave a great line like he has had at Byrnes. This kid from Rock Hill plays the same teams pretty much and does just as god if not better with half the line to run behind. Just look him up on youtube his name is Jamal Tyler went to watch the Rock Hill vs. Northwestern game and he was making people fall has sick moves and great speed.

In the article on Scout.com today, the talk is all about Lattimore opening the process back up to Georgia and Fla St. But a caption under a picture states that he will accompany Willis and Miller to the UT/Ohio game in two weeks. Anybody heard anything about this elsewhere?

Caspar02 u dont know anything about byrnes football. great O line at byrnes? u need to watch some vids of lattimore before u speak. O line has nothing to do with him breaking tackles, plowing through guys, & dragging 3 or 4 dudes.

He will visit Tennessee in two weeks with teammates/UT commits Brandon Willis and Corey Miller.

If I was a betting man I would say that he will be here for the Auburn game on 10/03. That seems like the date the our staff is trying to get everyone here, and he doesn't have a visit scheduled until 10/10...
