What will the rating likely be?

Will it effect our final ranking for 2010 or 2011...assuming we land him?

He's signing for 2010, but it won't effect the ranking. It doesn't really matter.

Ballentine is an absolute freak athlete. Not sure he's a complete football player right now and truthfully I was inclined to push for a 5.7 3-star in 2011 but his upside is that of a guy like Antonio Rodgers-Cromartie.

There is no way in hell you graduated from UT. And yeah someone needs to go ahead and ban your troll stupidity.
