He's part of the group that would need a waiver to prevent sitting out somewhere else. I guess in a way it was like him signing it since he's not free to go where he wants without help.

Yea some people are saying that if they were on campus at 12:01 that night they are automatically locked in.

it doesn't matter wehre they physically are. if they are ENROLLED in classes at 12:01 am then they are locked in. hope this helps.

If true, this one hurts most of all. Jac has been all Orange for a long time, and one of our biggest recruiters. I truly hope that he ends up staying a Vol, but he is an absolutely class-act kid, and I wish him the best regardless.
