She was or still is the chairperson of the Infractions committee. She labeled the case "one of audacious and breathtaking academic fraud." Sounds like she was convinced.

The Lamar golf coach got a 5 year show cause for academic fraud and she was on the committee -- so was Sankey -- not sure where SD is going with this --- nothing will change the 10 years Tyndall got

Thank you for posting an article from none other than USA Today to quiet all of the BS about hearing nothing in the national media which confirms everything I have been saying. It certainly explains why 60 Minutesis all over this. You might compare me and Donnie Tyndall to someone else who keeps fighting when the whole world is against them.

I am confused: The Women's Coach at Ole Miss had no knowledge of academic fraud and has a career and Tyndall lost it all.
Anybody with common sense would know that Eleanor Myers was protecting her own arse and scraped the bottom of the barrel to do it. And you guys condone this just like nationally.

So it's gotten as many national articles as the National Hot Dog Eating contest, and you think that qualifies the story as being something "60 Minutes is all over it"?

Poor donnie. They just twisted every one of his weak ass excuses and used it against him. Greatest conspiracy in history since the Lincoln assassination.

“I turned the records in,” he said. “There were these calls to a couple of these guys, but they spun it (against me). I never was told not to contact those guys, so it didn’t matter if I called them from 40 numbers. They make it sound like I was hiding this phone, and I wasn’t.”

The linked article came out before the appeal. You really can't read, can you? There has been nothing in any media outlet since the appeal. And a Twitter feed doesn't count.

Probably because him and SD are obviously connected somehow. I no longer think they are the same person but they definitely know each other and most likely related.

There is an appeal underway and it has been reported on in both local and national print media as well as on sports talk radio! So what is wrong with the discussion about what is actually happening? Only an ignoramus would believe that there was an investigation into the recruitment of a 4* player out of Virginia unless there is some real proof.

But, I forgot, proof is something that you and your clown troops don't need in order to start your rumors. You seem like a bunch of little ole ladies with your blabber mouths goin... non-stop!

Don't worry; come November, you'll have plenty to discuss when Barnes begins his 2nd yr. of poor coaching at the helm of our bb program. Wade Houston might better watch out cause his reputation of being the worst coach at UTK in the past 50 yrs. may be in jeopardy!

Ok. Yes there was an appeal filed. But, if you've noticed, there's been nothing in the media that says that it's going well, that he's going to win it, etc. The only thing, which was provided by someone else that wasn't you or SD, was in the USA Today a few days before said appeal that simply said he was going to file an appeal. That's hardly evidence to back up your claim.
