10 year show cause/NCAA, Tyndall discussion (merged)

There still isn't any proof that what you say is true, therefore, you must be a rumormonger. Seems like there are a few on this thread who love it when rumors are spread and the truth to them is a fantasy! That is, those 3 who liked the above quote!

STOP THE BS!

So I am not one who is a leach on this forum so I am just getting back to this. Hear is your reason. Upon Clarke's recruitment your beloved coach made quite a few calls to Clarke even went on to say he would make it worth his wild while at UT if he came here then boom he committed. After DT got canned he immediately decommitted and flipped to Va Tech. So with that said nothing came of the AA. And I did not say investigation. If your reading comprehension was good you would have noticed the key word monitering. But go on with the defense of good ole Donnie.

There is an appeal underway and it has been reported on in both local and national print media as well as on sports talk radio! So what is wrong with the discussion about what is actually happening? Only an ignoramus would believe that there was an investigation into the recruitment of a 4* player out of Virginia unless there is some real proof.

But, I forgot, proof is something that you and your clown troops don't need in order to start your rumors. You seem like a bunch of little ole ladies with your blabber mouths goin... non-stop!

Don't worry; come November, you'll have plenty to discuss when Barnes begins his 2nd yr. of poor coaching at the helm of our bb program. Wade Houston might better watch out cause his reputation of being the worst coach at UTK in the past 50 yrs. may be in jeopardy!

Wow, an appeal has been filed and reported. Cool. That means.....pretty much nothing. That's zero evidence to back up the actual claims you and your dad have made.

That's like me saying I got a job with Microsoft and my evidence is, I sent them a resume.

Ok. Yes there was an appeal filed. But, if you've noticed, there's been nothing in the media that says that it's going well, that he's going to win it, etc. The only thing, which was provided by someone else that wasn't you or SD, was in the USA Today a few days before said appeal that simply said he was going to file an appeal. That's hardly evidence to back up your claim.

I don't know how the appeal is going because you don't get running updates as to how the thought processes of the committee members may be developing. However, whatever the decision of the appeals committee is, there is still an alternative if their decision goes against Coach. Only after all is said and done can there be any further information dispersed concerning this matter. For me, I am just biding my time until the final decision is made.

Liar. You parrot everything your dad claims as truth and never ask for any confirmation, or you say him repeating it is confirmation.

If you were "biding your time", you wouldn't post so much support for daddy.

From where did you get this storehouse of knowledge? Sounds more like rumor to me. Produce documented evidence, or stop spreading RUMORS!

Get your better half to produce the appeal document that he claims to quote that you keep using as gospel.

It's quite evident they don't know any more than we do.
If you want to pick his brain read Don Maurice Jackson's twitter account. His info is usually word for word from the tweets, which have subsided, by the way.

if by some miracle, he wins, you and SD will ride off into the sunset together forever?

Or when Tyndall's appeal disappears.
Appeals Committee has 60 days from September 8 to respond. Favorable, it disappears. Unfavorable, on to federal court. Don Jackson has said many times if this were in federal court it would have been thrown out immediately. You don't have 40 witnesses and 4000 pages of documentation saying you did not know about the academic fraud and one immunized witness saying you did find against you anywhere except in the NCAA. That's what the evidence was. The NCAA can be compared to the mafia. It was 100% about covering up the fact that the info they gave to Dave Hart was false.

Because Don Jackson is all knowing, right?

I mean, he's obviously the ONLY person besides Tyndall you are listening to on this.

Meanwhile, the rest of the sports world's reaction:

If I didn't know any better I would think Tyndall hired and is paying Jackson to represent him...oh wait.

Told you I analyzed data for a living. So, I have fully analyzed the 113 page appeal brief which in the fully noted format of a legal document tears the NCAA's case to shreds. Every single charge against DT is fully rebutted and proven to be false. Every one of them.

I have also analyzed the response to the response that the NCAA had to take an extra two weeks beyond their allotted 30 days just to develop a response. They are nailed to the wall.

Until this is over, you'll just have to take mine and 60 Minutes word for it. Trust me, this case will be epic and will expose the NCAA for what it is, a money grubbing organization which at all costs protects its money trees and tries to keep the Tennessee's of the world from ever knocking off the Kentucky's. They have torpedoed our program twice now. All I can say is Tennessee better hope that DT doesn't end up coaching another SEC program like Bruce.

You are all gonna find out I have not been blowing smoke but get ready for a fire at NCAA headquarters.

You also told us how "Hart was backing down the NCAA" and how "nothing would happen to Tyndall" and that "Tyndall was gonna take Tennessee to the national championship"...should I continue, I don't think it's possible for a person to be more wrong than you have been since this whole thing began.

There you go again thinking you're the Chosen One and the only one allowed to read appeal brief...

Ah yes, remember the "NCAA is taking a long time to announce a punishment, because they don't have a case!"?

Nothing should have happened to Tyndall as you are going to find out. He will probably take another team to that national title that we should have had. He is that good a coach just like Butch. Butch would have got his this year without the entire defense being decimated by injuries including 3 All SEC players.

Are you training to be a politician? Because your answer addressed nothing in BTO's post.
