10 year show cause/NCAA, Tyndall discussion (merged)

The NCAA document came out after that win, so I fail to see your point. And that's all the proof needed, because that's all there is. You, nor SD, has provided the appeal or anything that even remotely resembles proof. The sooner you get that the governing body went through an extensive investigation and found him guilty, the better off you'll be in the real world.

And don't give me the stupid "the NCAA wanted UT fire Tyndall" or "Barnes manipulated Hart to get hired" crap because you have absolutely nothing to prove that. You demand proof, yet can't provide anything. We've provided you the NCAA findings the even you claim you've not read in its entirety. Do that and maybe you'll learn something. Until then, you stfu!

Hey smart-a, tell me where in the NOA that there is conclusive proof that Donnie ordered anyone to commit academic fraud. I don't care if you show where I missed it in the pages that I read or if it appears between page 26 and page 47. Just show it and that will be that.

I do not believe that Barnes had anything to do with his being hired by Hart; that is all on Dave. Right now, I am not all that inspired by CRB's performance here, or anywhere else as far as that goes, but I do know that he is like a godsend to you and all of his ADORING FANS. How about you lauding on the accolades as to how he has, is, or will eventually bring championship status to the bb program at UTK.

The only proof that I have read in the NCAA document is that immunity was provided to Adam Howard and he fingered Donnie Tyndall as the organizer and director of all things illegal that went on at S Miss. THAT IS NOT PROOF, it is only an allegation. All of the other bs in that document is just suspicious behavior, but you nor the NCAA knows what was said by phone or was texted between the parties involved. What has any of these other 40 said or done that substantiates fraud on the part of CDT? Until the NCAA can provide that information, then their proof has zero validity. If you want to go along with them, then that's your right. But don't try and tell me or any other sane individual that that is conclusive proof that Donnie Tyndall is guilty of anything illegal that occurred at S Miss.

BTW, which players in the NOA ever suited up and played one second of any game for the USM?

I've already given a dissertation on why I believe that the NCAA doesn't want Tyndall to coach very long here! Simply put, they are afraid that he may put pressure on some of their prized programs, such as Kentucky or Florida. The NCAA is probably enamored with S Car, GA, MZ, and the like. As long as a tired old man is in charge here, the NCAA has no fear of us. When he was at TX, they would have been happy for him to direct a championship type program, but he only came close once; and, we all know where closeness counts.

Losing seasons? I don't know what you are watching because Barnes has only coached one season so far.
Tyndall coached only one season with 4 returning players and did not have a losing season. Barnes is coming into this season with only 2 players who played for Tyndall and 8 freshmen. Another 15-19 season is a pipe dream.

I'm not going to take you by the hand and read for you. It's not my fault that you're too lazy, inept, or whatever to read it yourself. It's also not my fault that you are basing your opinion without gathering all the facts and taking the opinion of a guy who's been wrong every step of the way thus far as gospel.

So, is this forum only for Donnie Tyndall haters, like yourself? Does no one else have freedom of speech, similar to the tyranny exhibited in Nazi Germany prior to and including World War II?

If not, then anyone who does not like this thread needs to stay the h*** out instead of complaining about those who do visit here! They can go whine somewhere else!

BTW, I recall that you predicted the win at LSU when Donnie coached the Vols. For that, many in this forum heaped praise on you for your intuitive prowess. Seems like you would be happy that he was our coach. Maybe you have some verifiable proof that Donnie did something to bring shame on UT. if so, then please share that proof or stfu!

SeniorBuzz, you have constantly demonstrated how utterly ignorant you are of the United States Constitution and the law, and this is just the latest example.

No, you do NOT have "freedom of speech" when it comes to this messageboard. You agree to the terms set by the site owners and admins. Since you are neither, you do not get to set the rules. The freedom of speech you speak of only pertains to you and the government. That's it.

Oh and good job invoking Godwin's law.

In this regard, I would say Tyndall has about as much effect as a flea on an elephant's posterior in the NCAA's view.

And you're a complete idiot if you actually believe that; but at this point you're obviously a troll so I'm not sure even you are that stupid.

The media coverage of Tyndall's appeal is earth shattering.
Everything else in sports has become second rate news.

This thread is like a car wreck, cant help but rubber neck and look. Everyday I keep coming back. lol

PS I'm not on either side, Barnes looks like he is in retirement mode and DT is not our coach so I don't care unless its proved the ncaa pulled something dirty.

Since you don't know what proof is, I'm confident that there is nothing in the last 21 pages that is of relevance to this case. I've read the first 26 pages carefully and found nothing indicting of Donnie Tyndall that proves he orchestrated academic fraud at S Miss.

You must not understand the burden of proof that has to be presented to decide a legal issue. If you have some earth shattering evidence that proves COACH to be guilty, then spit it out or stfu!

Again....does not understand the situation. At all.

I've already given you a few tidbits from the brief. If you are good boys, I might give you a few more to show what a gargantuan scam the NCAA infractions committee tried to pull. It is the scam of the century. Seriously, the NCAA may no longer exist.

Hearing on good authority the NCAA has gotten new information and hard evidence from witnesses previously not willing to cooperate. Tyndall's show cause is likely to be upheld or at the very least reduced to a minimum of 5 years, and if that happens it will come with additional penalties not yet implicated. This is why you see Tyndall starting this new prep program, he knows he is unlikely to ever see a college sideline again unless he becomes a cheer coach, which would obviously require him getting into better shape.

i thought he was considering coaching professional wrestling.

PS I heard it was one of the grad assistants that had refused to testify before.
