Maybe so but the point remains the same .. You can't judge what the team will do with this staff based on what the last staff did over 15 years. I am a big fan of Mark Richt but he's gone now and no, he never recruited at this level. This is what we thought would happen when Kirby came in with the staff he put together.

We aren't disagreeing. UGA gonna UGA was in reference to the last ten years. Obviously hasn't happened this season.

Easy for me, Bama. Who cares if they win another one, just another notch in the belt. UGA winning is completely different, first title in over three decades and gives Kirby something to build on.

54-48! Fromm 20/29 for 210 and 2 TDs

Mayfield 23/35 for 287 and 2 TDs, one pic and 5 sacks ..

Plus he's not Richt. Kirby and crew seemed to stay in control even when OU jumped out early. They made adjustments and slowly shut down the Sooners. Top level stuff displayed tonight. OU may have scored 48 but it was a tough 48. OU was worn out by the 3rd Q.

Fool's gold. I predicted the flukey start.

We saw the real Georgia defense in the 2nd half and OT when they outscored Oklahoma 37-17 and held Baker Mayfield to 87 yards passing.

Oklahoma was just lucky at the start. As I predicted would happen once the news of Mayfield's illness hit.

Georgia still won. And minus some lucky breaks that Oklahoma got (i.e. the fumble return TD) they would have won by the 2 TD margin I predicted.

Georgia is exactly who I thought they were. The best team in the country.

Didn't go down "exactly like you said". UGA didn't win by two touchdowns. They had to rally the entire 2nd half, get some help from terrible OU special teams, and it went all the way until 2 OT. This was the type of game where if you played it 10 times, they might split it 5/5.

31-17 is a tad different from 54-48 no? :eek:lol: To your credit, you got it right though! Two out of four on the "locks". You're showing improvement buddy.

Honestly OU would probably win 9/1
10. This was just the 1 they didn’t. UGA has about as much chance to win the national title in a week than UT or UK does.

lol .. just wishful thinking on your part .. you have been calling for UGA to fall regularly but they keep winning. They just went toe to toe with the Heisman winning QB and came out on top .. halftime adjustments man look at the split in the score from one half to the other.

And for the bad special teams from OU, UGA still has to execute or it doesn't matter. Blocked FG is ALL UGA making a play.
