I've noticed that D4H has some kind of fixation on this, like the NFL "reveals" who truly was a good college player.
Johnny Manziel was also a flameout in the NFL. That means he sucked in college, right?
Alvin Kamara is having a great year this year because he went to a team that is using him correctly, has a great QB, and great offensive coaching/playcalling. If he was in Detroit, and being used extensively, you'd think he sucked.
God Detroit! If they EVER had a real consistent running game ...
Anyway, he can't discount Tebow as a product of a system in college and, as was already pointed out, not think Brady may be the product of an outright MACHINE in New England. But he also can't discount the fact that Kamara is really having a great season as a product of the New Orleans system of rotating him in to spell Ingram and vice versa. Kamara is the best thing to ever happen to Ingram and vice versa. Kamara has only had to have 201 total touches and that's because of the system.
Can you imagine older RBs having that kind of system to play in? Barry Sanders would still be playing, heck Herschel Walker would have had another 5-7 years added to his career (although, looking at him during workouts, he could probably still have 10 productive touches a game).
