I know Bama is recruiting him as a CB. Not sure what the exact position is we want him for.

Jones could play either corner or safety. Just sign them and work out the positions when they arrive. I like the 6+ DB philosophy (it's worked extremely well for Florida) because these guys can potentially project at any of 5 positions in college from either corner spot, to FS, SS or either OLB spot.

All of our DB's that we're recruiting have great height, too. I like having taller, bigger DB's. It's much easier to deal with taller receivers, they can lay the wood as well.

Jones isn't very big. He's really fast but he's not 180 lbs. He's a corner at the next level. And a very good one at that due to his instincts and playmaking ability. Hope we sign him.
