in the second play of the video on the screen pass, did anyone see the WR blow by him? who is that kid?
Looks like he would be a great CB. What do you think his better position is CB or RB?Ameer had horrible tschnique prior to this summer. He took many false steps and had too much upper body movement. When we started working with Ameer he was a 4.65 guy but we felt he had the explosion to do so much more. By the end of the summer we tested Ameer again and these are his exact numbers.
40:4.46
SBJ: 10-7
Shut: 3.96
3-cone: 6.61
Vert: 38.5
and he added 12 lbs.
BTW he tested at All-Star Sports Camps in Paisley Fl. (same facility we train Brandon Merriweather and Marlin Lane ) and he run a 10.81 100m.
Watching that film how do you think he runs an 11.6
Come on man!k:

Sounds like he could be a helluva PR guy also from your description.Truthfully, he is a change of pace-3rd down-spread system rb. He is electric in space. However, he does not fit the mold of an every down back. As a corner the kid is outstanding. He has great strength and is awesome in press coverage. Players his size usually struggle in this department. There is not a player in this class that has the lateral quickness and acceleration that he possesses. Ball skills are off the chart and he can jump with the best of them. Ameer does well in trail technique as well with a great burst he breaks on the ball tremendously. At one of our camps this year the coaches could not stop talking about him.
Our staff included Sonny Detmer, Wes Chandler, Art Kehoe, Bobby Jackson, Leon Bright, John Fourcade, and Sammy Smith. When it was time to vote for MVP every coach said hands down...Ameer. The camp included the likes of Odell Beckham, Jeremy Hill, Marlin Lane (clemson)
Cortez DAvis (clemson) Zachary Jackson (miss st) amongst many others. I have seen many of the top athletes in this years class at our 7v7 and camps and Ameer rivals the best of them. Hell even Keyshawn Johnson who coached Black Mamba and the Cali team said he was amazing.
So many schools are missing the boat on this kid and without a doubt he is a top 10 cb prospect as well as one of the top apb in the country.
That is Aaron Ernest 2011 wr. He is the fastest high school football player in the country. He finished second in nationals with a 10.21 100m. The kid can fly. Everyone talks about Tacoi Sumler but Aaron smoked him by 7 yards in a 50 yard race.
They are recruiting him as if they want his commitment right now. IMO Ameer is a better prospect than some on board and others on the board. Very underrated! "Ameer has been the best cb here this week." Said a national recruiting analyst from 247.
In fact we have him as a top 5 performer of the week.
