'11 ATH Jabriel Washington

He plays at a very small school against zero competition. He has never faced a player that will play at a bigtime college. just saying.

He's fared well against top competition in the camps he's participated in. Graded pretty good, that's why he's rated where he's rated. With all the schools after him, I think all those coaches see his potential regardless of the talent level he plays against.

who is the #1 player?

Here are my top 5 in state players for 2011

1. Antonio Richardson (Ensworth)
2. Christian Coleman (Milan)
3. Artaves Gibson (Mitchell)
4. Devrin Young (Bearden)
5. Jabriel Washington (Trinity Christian)

Not many players in Tennessee go head to head against another big time D1 player.

If the kid has raw talent I firmly believe he can be coached up by our coaching staff.

Been watching Jabriel for several yrs. Really good ball player against the teams that Trinty plays. Really small school and weak schedule. His speed will make him at the next level. He hasn't faced the type of running backs he will see at the college level.???

James Bryant says he has a source close to the family that says they are pleased that Coach Kiffin is no longer the coach of the Vols, so it could put UT in the mix for his recruitment next year.

Doesnt surprise me one bit. Hes a good kid from a great family. :eek:k:

Coach Dooley is coming to TCA tomorrow to visit Jabriel. He was supposed to come in today but had some kind of delay. There ended up being an Ole Miss coach here instead. Just saying fwiw. Jabriel also said he's very interested to meet Dooley, because Tennessee is a team he could "see himself playing for".

Cool, thanks for the update. I think we have a much better shot with Jabriel with Dooley as our coach.

I agree. I was talking to him and his dad one day, and his dad said that he could "see right through coach O" from the beginning. That he was a total BSer. Said about the same with X, just that he related to players alot better. I'll let you know how the visit goes. Im pressuring JW for an autograph lol
