I again think it depends on where the teams want to put him on the field. I can't see UF using him as an RB, which he wants to play at the next level. I think FSU has a good shot.
Sources say Wilder Jr. is enthused that Florida looks to be moving to a more traditional power running game and is recruiting fullbacks; Tampa Catholic's Hunter Joyer, the nation's No. 1 fullback, is a Florida commitment. Florida is expected to still feature the dive play and many inside and off-tackle running plays, but instead of Tebow carrying the ball, Wilder would be the guy. Throw in his comfort level at Florida as well as that of his family, and the Gators will be tough to beat.
Heard Bama hasnt been recruiting him very hot. Kid wants to play runningback, but he has more potential at O-Linebacker or somewhere on the Defensive side. Im guessing Saban made a hard push to recruit him to linebacker and then let up. Is florida willing to use him as a RB?
i would love to see how urban pulls this off...lol
He won't and he has never had an offense like that. That is why I am not concerned about JW going to UF. It is one thing to have the talent to do something but you also have to be able to coach it and I do not think CUM can. It is not his speciality.
Dont lose any sleep over Wilder.
He's a man without a position. He's not Freakishly explosive and quick like Jevon Kearse
Im probably the only guy who follows recruiting who thinks Wilder wont be some all world college player. :dunno:
he is very robotic.
I watched Blakely chop his ass up in the open field in the State title game...
Personally I think his physique boosts him up in scouts eyes.
