I would love to get this kid. An absolute freak. He's going to do great things at the next level.

IMO he's not going to play RB in college unless he goes to GT. He's a perfect fit for the B back spot.

Besides that he's going to be a hell of a LB.

Per Scout today:
James Wilder Junior is at the top of every board across the land and could play either side of the ball. Wilder checks in at 6-2 and 217-pounds from Tampa (FL) Plant Senior. Wilder's physical appearance has reached legendary status and has the body of a current NFL player. He can do whatever he wants on the football field and depending on what he decides will determine which side of the ball he plays. I think in his heart he wants to play running back in college but at the same time he understands his ticket in the National Football League will be on the defensive side of the ball.

Wilder is an athlete that could end up at defensive end, linebacker, or even running back in the right system. He is best on the defensive side of the ball because he gets after the quarterback and he plays well in space. He is explosive off the ball, he is very strong, and he is an aggressive player. He is a little stiff and he needs to work on disengaging a little quicker, but he could be a very dangerous outside linebacker on the next level. - Chad Simmons

To beat bama & florida, we are gonna have to get at least a couple of FREAKS like this. We need to stay on this kid hard. I hope we got Chuck & Lance on him.
