11 FL OT Zach DeBell (UGA Commit)

They seem to think they are still in it for Shell and Ward.

DeBell just took Ward's spot, they may have a silent from Shell. Richt told DeBell they had one spot left and DeBell said he would take it, that leaves Ward out....I would take Ward over DeBell, more athletic, IMO. Someone needs to get on the phone.

Unfortunately, Richardson is far from being a lock, and we still have a lot of work to do on Kerbyson, IMO. We were bound to miss out on some of our OL targets, so it is what it is - but I just don't feel confident in getting Richardson. Who thinks we'll see a Johnstone offer now?

We better get those in state guys. If Dooley is as good of a recruiter as people think, we will get them. No excuses here.

Yeah, because it's a sure thing that he'd reach his potential if he came here. Funny.

Georgia has a LONG History of being an underachiever. With our OL coach and his history of putting lineman in the NFL I would say unless he is hugely overrated that he would reach his potential here. So I see nothing funny around here except you lame attempt to be condecending.

Richardson's definitely not a lock...in fact I wouldn't call anyone on that list a lock at this point except Posey ...

I'm just saying that I won't be extremely disappointed until someone on that list commits somewhere other than UT...

IMO those are the OL's we should sign in this class...

Alot of people would disagree with me on Robinson...but I think he has too many intangible qualities to pass up...

Given him or someone who may have a little more talent right now (i.e. West, Ward, etc.) I'll take him every time

I dont even know exactly what to say.....if Georgia are underachievers what does that make Tennessee?Considering our worst season since Richt arrived is 8-5. In that same time Tennessee has went 8-5, 7-6, 5-6 and 5-7.

Lack of depth, coaching changes, and same as Georgia... Sorry I made a comment about Georgia , didn't know there were so many "dawg" supporters out there. LoL!

Tennessee has kicked UGAs brains in 3 of the past 4 years with the worst teams we've had since I've been alive while UGA has been stacked with superior talent. UGA finished 4th in the SEC East last year and lost to UK lol. If that's not underachieving then I don't know what is.

Richt is the new Fulmer, no doubt.

I would still like to have DeBell. Hopefully he'll realize his mistake and de-commit sometime in the future. After all, still a long way from NSD.

I've always had respect for Richt. Always. I like the way he carries himself and his team, but there is no denying the fact that he is the new Fulmer. Major underachievers.

Thank you, you said it way better than I did. :hi:

There's a flip side to that...

What does it say about you that we embarassed you 3 out of 4 times in that stretch....with less talent than you (according to recruiting rankings)

I for one don't disagree with you. Cody Robinson is rated higher than Fulton was as a Guard last year and we've raved about him (rightfully so too). The intangibles are what get me too. If Heistand is the OL coach he's made out to be and so is Chuck Smith I don't see why we don't offer Robinson and let either one of them work with him. His strength and work ethic are out of this world and you combine that with great coaching its a formula for success IMO.

I for one discount the competition in TN often, because I'm from FL and have lived in TN and SC as well and obviously there's no comparison, but he's gone to camps and not only held his own, but dominated "better" competition. I just believe Cody has a tremendous ceiling if given the right opportunity.
