'11 FL RB Andrew Buie

We got alot of needs to fill instead of stocking up on RBs imo.

WR Depth for next year
Zach Rogers Jr
DeMario Williams Jr
DaRick Rogers So
Justin Hunter So
Matt Milton So
incoming freshman
incoming freshman
Meline could move back

Meline will not be moving back.

I agree there are more needs at other positions, but I'm not sure if the right RB wants to come they don't take him.

I dont see how Meline doesnt go back to WR. He was going to be a S & next year we will have.

J Jackson - JR
P Waggner - JR
B Brewer - JR
B Randolph - FR
P Martin - FR
E Loften - FR

Meline is more natural at WR, but unfortunately I don't think that he's going to be an actual player for us. He still has time, but he's not where the coaches believe he should be right now.

Can't help wondering what's happening with Meline.

per Sc's rivals mod

Andrew Buie
Most Likely: Tennessee
If not: Ole Miss
USC's position: Top five, will receive official

Thanks for the SC view Hens! I would like to see Buie come on board...but seriously we are running out of ROOM!

Maybe Dooley didn't forsee the Diesel picking up this much steam?

LV, wouldn't Buie and Young be able to play slot and contribute at RB also? I know some are slamming the Young offer but at least the guy is versatile enough to offer you something at multiple positions. It would seem like less a gamble and possibly giving you something at multiple positions. Aren't we addressing depth at WR and RB with these two potentially?

Not LV, but that's exactly what we would get with those two.

Not to mention you could have both on KR so the kicking team would have to kick to one of them which would upgrade our KR instantly. Also, like chad said we could fit both into our offense with their skills while adding talent and depth at the same time.

I'm wondering if T. Williams is going to make it back to a point of possible production for this staff. If he isn't you have to think they're recruiting without him in the rotation.

Usually takes a year to recover from the tear and then usually the RB isn't as productive until the second year after the tear.

Definitely understandable, but regardless of recovery we still don't really know what he can do outside of a pretty good spring under a different coaching regime. I think if we take Buie too, Williams may find it difficult to carry the ball here.

Oh I'd definitely take Buie. Let them sort out who is the best on the field once you get them here.

I hope we continue to go after Buie hard. Devrin Young is nowhere near the answer as our No.2 back in this class. Buie is the kinda back we need and I hope we can get him. He has the kinda speed we haven't had since Coker.
