'11 FL RB Andrew Buie

I'd LOVE to land Buie in this class but our numbers are getting tight, he would take away a spot from someone else & we still have alot of needs to fill.

& I know I know thats why we shouldnt have offered Young yet. I've heard it a million times now.

I see us taking only one WR and taking Buie.

Now you realize why a few us hated Young getting an offer.

As long as it's Vincent Dallas at WR I'm cool. We can always move Meline back to offense(where I think he fits best). He's redshirting right now so he's got some time.

Dallas is a Vol Lock! Just counting down the days until he announces.

Andrew has 580 rushing yards, 229 passing yards, and 10 TD's through five games and feels like some improvements have been made.

Buie is big time. He's got the kind of speed that the whole country is going to talk about when he's in college. I really really hope we land this kid.

Is this kid a definite take? I've heard from other posters on here that he refuses to narrow his list down, but that he really likes the Vols. Does Coach Dooley really anticipate signing 3 running backs in this year's class? With Poole only being a Junior this year talk about a log jam at the tail back position.

IMO yes, no way you turn this kid down.

Early on, I only see Smith competing for a lot of carries out of the backfield. I think you'll see Young and Buie (should we actually get him) be used more as utility guys and out in space. We're definitely looking for play-makers though. If we can get him and Dallas I think we'll have found a few home-run threats for next year.

Devrin Young is not a rb he is a specialist that will line up at rb/wr/pr/kr

This. I think that Young will play more the Bran don James role/ Slot. Buie would be the RB for this class. I must admit that I want Rodney Coe. I would love a big back that is above 230 thats hard to stop on the goal line.

Buie named Auburn, Ole Miss, Louisville, & South Carolina as his top 4 in a new Rivals article. Said Auburn & Louisville are recruiting him the hardest.

Looks like this ship has sailed.
