He was arressted on 5 charges. I wish Zach the best and hope he has learned his lesson from all of this. He is an exceptional QB and could be a star for someone one day. He has 3 years left as he is a RS Freshman.

I always think its funny how teams who lose a good player always down-play how good he was and over-play how good the OTHER guy is that is playing his position now. It never fails and always makes me laugh... :birgits_giggle:

I just can't imagine that was it. Richt has kept on 2nd stringers guilty of more serious stuff. No way he cans the presumed starting QB if this was an isolated incident.

Great measurables, but I think taking him will jeopardize our chances with the other QBs, including Justin Worley. I say we take Worley, kick back, and enjoy life.

Not sure if you have seen Murray play this year but the coaches definitely know what they are doing. Murray is the #4 qb in the SEC right now with 1766 yards passing, 62.7 %, 12tds to 3 ints. 265 yards rushing and 4 rushing tds. Zach is a great qb. I just stated that after G-day CMR said Murray was our #1. Thats not down playing anyone, it's just stating a fact. Mett has put up some great numbers as well in Kansas. From what I have heard he is LSU's to lose.

If he goes anywhere other than LSU he's an idiot. Absolute perfect situation for him...aside from Les Miles being there of course.

The guy once recruited the best QB in the country to prove he was only an average WR.

Bama has entered this race. A&M and LSU were his top 2 before Bama became involved.

one thing about Saban, he doesn't worry about his highly ranked QB's too much,, the more the merrier. didn't he just get the best QB from Virginia last year? Played in the Army game?

I don't have a problem with it myself, and hope we follow suit with our recruits in the coming years.
