'11 QB NC Christian LeMay

This will definitely hurt this kids stock if he sits out most of the season. Hate it for you UGA. Not really.... lol

The word is that is already looking to enroll at a private school if the suspension gets him 30 days out. That way he will get to play all season.

He was caught with another student in a compromising position per the rumor mill.

Hargrave or Fork Union?

Once upon a time a star qb could bang cheerleaders/stat girls two at a time but now HS are cracking down on this type of behavior. Even if it happens outside school grounds... the school's "code of conduct" has become the Rico Act for HS students.

Sure it wasn't the coaches wife? UGA commits tend to like that kind of stuff. :)

If he is suspended for 30 days, and he transfers to a private school, and can play right away that is BS. You cant get out of a jail sentence in Tn if you up and move to GA. People need to be held accountable for their actions.

This isn't prison it is a suspension from high school. He didn't try to blow the school up or anything, he just leveraged his position of power (Star QB) to get some action from an adoring young lady. Clinton did that and was the President for crying out loud. Lay off the kid and let's not hope for his failure just because he is committed to UGA. Did none of you do anything this bad (or worse) in high school? I sure as hell know I did and am glad I didn't have a rabid forum full of fans cheering for me to fail at life. Layoff the poor kid.

LeMay, a five-star quarterback from Butler High School in Matthews, N.C., who has committed to the University of Georgia, has decided to forego his senior year of high school and will complete academic requirements “in a private setting,” according to his father. He will not play football other than to prepare for his college career with a private trainer.
