'11 QB NC Christian LeMay

"It was really great to see all that (the crowd) and we all know what the game was like, and I saw some things that were eye opening," LeMay said. "When you hear about Neyland Stadium you know the fans are going to show up. I mean, there were 103,000 people there."

How could he not be impressed with Saturday's turnout? I've been to Neyland many times and was very impressed with the fan support last weekend

Tennessee - "Lane (Kiffin) is doing it the right way there. He's getting more and more talent and getting them to have that USC swag there, too. That's what he brought there. He knows he needs to add speed to compete with Florida. That's a great place to watch a game with 100,000 people. They have some great facilities and some great quarterbacks like Peyton Manning and Tee Martin have played there. Peyton is one of the best of all time."
Three schools have pushed for him the hardest early on.

"I have high interest in everyone who shows interest in me," he admitted. "Georgia, Florida and Florida State have recruited me the hardest so far."
Rivals,

I feel like if he was smart he would realize that besides the fact UGA sucks, that they just picked up 2 solid QBs last year. Also, Florida State sucks, period. I see Florida being a big player for him. I really like this kid more than Rivers and Bridgewater. He also seems to have a really good head on his shoulders; the kind of person CLK likes.

I don't want the staff to put all the eggs in one basket like they did with this years QB recruiting class. Hopping from Heaps, to Rettig, Scroggins, and then Bray. Let's get after LeMay, Rivers, and the rest of the guys and keep the pressure on till we get oen or two.

+1 Im hoping for Lemay.

He didn't say those three schools were his favorites. Just that thye were recruiting him the hardest. Honestly I'm surprised, because usually we're the one's that kids always say are recruiting them the hardest. Hmmm......

It's actually Thoracic Outlet syndrome............ I bet you practice medicine in Cocke County.......:cool2:

If he wants to play in a pro style offense. Which he has said he does. I can't see him going to FL. It may come down to UT and UGA. I hope we can land him to.

I just hate the tought of this kid going to UF.... It would be a mistake if he truely wants to play in the NFL....

His high school beat Independence in a great game.A $6 ticket was being sold for $50. Got some links Video

Mistake? How many offense players will UT put in the draft this year? Urban has tweaked his offense for different QBs strengths but what he has in his corner is a starting Qb in the NFL( yes, UT has Manning but that came on Phil's watch). He watches NFL and he can see the NFL Qbs that came from spread offenses such as Chase Dianels, Colt Brennan plus this year draft will have Case Keenum, Todd Reesing as draft picks. Drew Brees came from a pass heavy version of the spread(4 wides 1rb) also he knows that a pro style offense qb like Matt Leinart can't crack the starting line up so I'm sure ALL this will come into play.

Wow that had to be the dumbest post I've sen on here in a long time. Go look at all the top QBs in the NFL, they all came from mostly pro style offenses, and the only that didn't, well it doesn't really hurt us because our OC was his OC and coached him. Peyton Manning, Tom Brady, Carson Palmer, Donovan Mcnabb, I could go on and on. And trying to compare Matt Leinart to Daniels and Brennan. Leinart is getting paid big money and is the backup, and QB in waiting, on a team that came very very close to winning a super bowl last season and was a 1st round pick.

Daniels and Brennan were battling it out for the 3rd string QB job on probably the worst team in the NFL and were late round draft picks.

LOL at Colt Brennan and Chase Daniels. They were battling it out for the third string QB job on probably the worst team in the NFL.

Go to NFL.com or Espn Dainels is the #2 for the 7-0 Saints. Sorry but Titans are the worst team in the NFL.

Kiffin had a big part in shaping Carson Palmer, Matt Leinart and recruiting Matt Sanchez. Meyer has one QB in the league, Alex Smith, seriously, Alex Smith. Kid has been listed on some of the greatest draft busts in history and you are going to throw your hat in that corner?

If I'm a hs QB serious about getting to the league UT with this staff is the clear choice.

Matt is right next to Alex on those list so your point is? Fact is the kid doesn't see UF offense as a bad things, he took part in FNL and one UF game so far and he'll be in Gainseville for FSU. Love how those tickets get placed in HS coaches hands.

Wow, you really are blinded by your hatred of Tennessee to say that kind of nonsense. They just killed Jacksonville. Cleveland, St. Louis, Tampa, and Detroit (just to name a few) are far worse than Tennessee.

Glad their is an ignore for these kind of trolls.

It is clear Myer's offense doesn't develop kids to play QB in the NFL. Ask any NFL scout. Will there be kids that come from Spread offense's that make it in the league? Of course there will. Some kids are just talented enough that scouts see that potential there. But it doesn't mean it was the best choice for the kid if they are truly wanting to play in the NFL. Now every kid doesn't think that far ahead and there is other things that factor into a decision. But if it comes down to going to the best place to prepare you for playing at the next level. The choice is clearly UT over UF. And it isn't close....

And while we are on Myer's offense. It is going to be alot tougher in Gainsville when Mr. Teabow leaves. Those 3rd and short's will hardly be automatic anymore. You can look back over Myer's success at UF even during the Leak year. How many times did Teabow bail them out. Is brantley going to run it up in there? I don't think so... If so he will not last long in this conference. He had the prefect QB at the prefect time. That time is almost over....
