I think it is pretty much a safe bet that he is a Vol at this point. That said all the signs with still no commitment scare the heck out of me.

It looks like he is a Vol. I think he is letting all the other schools know first before he makes it official. The only reason he does commit this week is because Crowder, Coleman, and Downs if all decide to be Vols this week and it looks like they will it will take some of his moment away. If not this week he will start off next week with it which will continue to roll in UT 's favor with these other guys.
