Yeah this is pretty shocking. I didn't hear any mention of his name at all the entire camp, so this isn't surprising, but hmm. For one of our favorite and loudest recruits last year, this is surprising.

Well I can see how things can become overwhelming for a young student being away from home but they should at least give it a chance. If I was his parent I would encourage him to try to stick it out. If he was upset with him not being a starter or being RS his first year then he just needs to be patient. it's one thing to transfer if you do see any PT in the near future and you have been there several years but I just hate seeing kids leave this early before they get a chance to do anything. Injuries can happen during the season and he could be in the rotation rather quickly.

Personal choice to move closer to take care of his family responsibilities. Sanchez was one of our biggest recruiters last year, and I wish him the best of luck. Can't fault the kid for taking care of his family.
