CP having grade concerns was known for some time which was why his EE has been in some question for a while. CP is definately worth an offer and a take because he will step on campus as a difference maker. UGA guys have felt good on CP for a while. Hopefully that confidence will be found to be right in the end.

No offense but UGA guys seem to feel good about everyone that visits. While we have a parade of people who think the sky is falling. You guys have an insane amount of homers.

This guy could do well at uga. He could be part of the best wr corps in cfb at UT.

With croom and pig and arnett he could raise his draft stock even more in 2013 if he stays another season.

So the question seems to be if he'd rather have guaranteed PT but also guaranteed double teams every time he's on the field or if he'd rather face single coverage and take a play off every now and then but still get tons of PT.

If he likes double teams and a QB that can't throw the deep ball, he goes to UGA. Otherwise, he comes here?

You will really be taking your chances by doubling him at Georgia with Mitchell on the other side. But here I know he wouldn't be doubled. Teams will make him beat them. I wouldn't let proven guys like Rogers or Hunter get going. You know they both can take a game over.

I drool at the thought of Hunter, Rogers, Arnett, Howard, Patterson, Croom. 5 wide please.

Edit; Didn't finish with the 5 wide referring to in-game set, not with these 6 names.

I still think we have just as good a shot at CP as they do, maybe even higher. Just because some people on here act crazy and freak out about every rumor they hear, it gets everyone else thinking that we are trouble. Trust the coaches. Yes, Georgia is a good team and if he went there, he would be going to a good team. But dangit we are Tennessee. If he went here he would be going to a heck of a program with lots of tradition. Arguably a top ten program in the country. And we will be back, its just a matter of time. It doesnt take a dang rocket scientist to see that! Go Vols.

Ha I really hope that the staff has to make that decision

i know, one could only wish. If we truly want to be at the top we got to have a better D-line. I think we have to pursue the best of the best juco, which is what we are doing. Getting Jacobs, Sentimore, and Autry, with freshmen like O'brien, Taylor, Lewis, and possibly Hamilton will go along way. The war is fought in the trenches. As much as i would love to have patterson, I'd rather the staff bulk up on the defensive side. For now at least we have Hunter, D. Rogers, Arnett, and Croom to really spread the field.

absolutely agree with you, I don't think they hold a spot for CP if it means missing out on someone like hamilton, mccullers, kirven, shanks or whoever. I just don't think its going to come down to that
