Dooleys Job just got a whole lot tougher. If ya think this won't affect other recruits that may have been on the fence, think again. Those who participated have just set us back and made recruiting a lot more difficult, as if it wasn't tough enough. Thanks! Dumbass!

I think the folks in the Memphis area feel Tennessee owes them something. All the need for as& kissing that comes out of there makes me wanna puke. "don't burn bridges", "need to heal relationships"..is all BS ibviously to this staff. They passed on or decided not to push for ALOT of kids this year from East Mississippi.

I think you are overestimating his power and underestimating the ability of UT and the coaching staff.

Sounds like Byron's reputation is less than stellar, and more than a few are familiar with his intentions and M.O. I don't think Dooley or others close to the Vols will hesitate in taking all necessary actions if B.D. is seen as truly hurting the program.

This right here is why I was saying back when Kimbrow announced for Vandy, that Redmond would also not likely be a Vol. This Byron guy has those kids under his thumb as he has pretty well stated publicly. How exactly is UT suppose to "stay in good with Byron D"? WTH is he that our staff should have to kiss his ass to sign a kid from Memphis? Brings to mind the days of Tim Thompson, et al. These street agents are ruining college football IMO.

Why people cant treat Kimbrow as the annoying kid in class who everyone ignores is beyond me? I dont care how much he bashes UT, he is a 17 year old kid and his opinion is not going to make or break the football program. Just let him talk and laugh.

I really don't have a dog in the fight but to act like this hasn't ever happened before is foolish. Da'Rick went through hell from UGA fans (and a few players, IIRC) when he swapped on them two years ago, and he didn't even provoke them. Death threats were involved.

This is getting ridiculous. People are trashing 17 year old kids for comments. Any of us would do the same at that age. Get over yourselves and quit getting pissy about what HIGH SCHOOL kids are saying. Be the bigger man. It's embarrassing for our fan base!
