I live in Arlington right outside of Memphis. And go to church in wolf chase area. Church is about 425-450 people. And there's a split between tenn ole miss bama auburn. Ms state Arkansas and Memphis. If I had to guess I would say tenn has the edge in number of fans
My church is about the same 400 to 500 people. There are about 8 bamer fans, 2 auburn fans, 1 gator, about 5 ole miss fans, 2 or 3 arkansas fans, the rest is a split of UT and memphis with by far most being TN fans by far. This is pretty much what I see everywhere in the area just outside of memphis. At the gym its even more UT, probably about a 80/20 split.
georgia fans are saying Redmond and Dawson tried to commit tonight but richt told them to sleep on it. They think they will take the commitments tomorrow.
i haven't seen any legit news source report that, it's a rumor that a few fans have repeated. however that does sound like it could be the case since that is how our staff handles it. often they are told to sleep on it to make sure of their commitment on a saturday night if they are to leave on a sunday. sometimes a player will still be ready to commit or sometimes not.
I guess that's probably why I said georgia fans are saying. Tells you something about georgia's recruiting if they are having to come to Tennessee for UT leftovers. Will your class break the top 20 this year?
Are you telling me UT would turn down Redmond and/or Dawson?

I think UT would have taken Redmond if he had picked UT before Jacobs just committed. I also think UT did pass on Dawson. He wants to play RB and UT was not offering him as such. As a DB, they would have taken him 2 months ago. I just can't see us taking any more DBs with a couple spots left.
