Stuff that stands out to me is when you get a Big DT who also plays a position like TE/FB.

It shows they have some suddeness & some good feet.
I hope we offer and I hope he commits to us.

Did you see his video? There's some impressive FB/TE stuff at the end...extremely "sudden" for 285lbs

Could be a good player but I doubt anything happens with him until the staff knows they are going to miss for sure in kids like Kirven and Shanks which is likely.

My guess would be A. They are in the process of comparing him to other DTs & where he firs on the board or B. They are waiting on his grades to see how those look.

Was the poster that said 2.5GPA and 17ACT correct? If so grades should be fine IMO

"I think Tennessee may be getting close to offering," Bryson said. "Coach Thompson is coming down to watch me play basketball January 5th. Coach Thompson said he really liked my film. He likes my size and my quick feet for how big I am."

Bryson, who has emerged as a recruit the last six weeks or so, admits he grew up a Tennessee fan.

"I have always watched them," Bryson said. "It would mean a lot to get an offer from them."

Well, Bryson said he grew up a Tennessee fan. Might as well chalk this one up for a loss. Move on to the next one.

:eek:lol:

Do any of you think that the fact that he grew up in west TN hurt his visibility as a recruit? Or maybe his grades scared people away from him?

The one thing I love about the guy is he fires off the ball. He might play against terrible competition, but he gets off the ball really good.
