What is the deal with high school coaches in Tennessee? It seems like they point kids away from UT far more often than most HS coaches in other states. Did Fulmer ruin a lot of relationships in the state or what?
That is not case in this situation at all. Shad did not have any problems with Fulmer. His issues are with Rod not getting a fair shake at WR. My view, for what its worth, is that 3 different staffs have determined him to not be able to compete for playing time at WR. Sounds simple to me. But I know when a coach is close to a player it clouds judgement sometimes.
Maybe the most underrated back according to this article.

The more I watch this kid, the more I am impressed. Good cuts, good speed, and has a frame that can add weight. I will definitely try and watch him play this year. The only down I see is he plays AAA, not sure what the competition is like.

I'm sure he would be decent at WR, but he def has the look of a SS. Either way he is a very natural athlete...Jackson won't be back, and Brewer's stock will probably soar after this season. I bet he starts in '13.That is not case in this situation at all. Shad did not have any problems with Fulmer. His issues are with Rod not getting a fair shake at WR.
