Not off topic and you now why I brought that up. Plus enough info has come out about those vaccines that shows they might not be as safe as advertised.
What is authoritarian about suggesting servers should make more than $2.13 an hour?
So are you okay with former employees having the right to file lawsuits as they please against their former employers? You have dodged that question every time I've asked it.
Well unfortunately there is currently a federal minimum wage in this country and that's the system we have to work with. Personally I think it's up to each business to do the right thing and pay living wages for all their employees. Especially the productive ones. It’s authoritarian to believe anyone other than employee and the employer should determine the wages. So when you say they should make x an hour, thay is authoritarian
You can file a lawsuit for anything. It will likely be dismissed, but you can.
And I think you have me mistaken. The thing you and I disagreed with was a business having the right to make you wear a mask. You don’t have to do business with them, but if you do, you do so on their terms.

If an employee gets a vaccine injury and their employer forced them to take it in order to keep their job then yes the employer should be liable for any injuries.
I also stated that the mask wearing is unhealthy and there is absolutely no scientific proof that they work. Especially if worn for long periods of time on the manufacturing floor or in a kitchen. And as a customer it's disgusting to see other people wearing masks and then constantly touching them or adjusting them and putting their hands all over everything else thus spreading even more germs. So at this point if you can provide some scientific evidence that they actually work then it might make sense for a business to impose those rules. Otherwise it doesn't.
I never saw Walmart or anywhere else I go to refuse to do business with anyone because they didn't wear a mask. That's how you know it was mostly for show.
Why should an employee sue their employer for am injury they did not inflict and choose to comply with?Well unfortunately there is currently a federal minimum wage in this country and that's the system we have to work with. Telling an employee to get the vaccine or you lose your job is force. So is requiring the vaccine as a condition of employment. Those were decisions made by the employer. Why should an employee sue their employer for am injury they did not inflict and choose to comply with?
Unfortunately your employer is likely paying for a lease on that office space. There is also the people that took advantage of the work from home privilege they had. Plus it's perfectly normal to go back into the office and work.My employer ended Work From Home so I guess I can sue them if I get into a wreck driving to work since they are forcing me to work in the office....

What's not normal is making people get a vaccine that's not been proven to be 100% safe and effective.

Amazing how you democrats became pro big pharma and pro big corporations the last few years. Not surprising though as you all do whatever your media and politicians tell you without question
I might (might) go along with that if a person was interviewing for a job and this condition was made to them beforehand.Telling an employee to get the vaccine or you lose your job is force. So is requiring the vaccine as a condition of employment. Those were decisions made by the employer.
These liberals are pro-Big Corporation, anti-Free Speech and pro-War/MIC. That is why we call the GOP and DNC the uniparty.Amazing how you democrats became pro big pharma and pro big corporations the last few years.
