'13 D.C. LB Yannick Ngakoue

any word on his buddy derwin gray has he decommitted from Maryland yet or his he still deciding.

Anybody that isn't hyped about Campbell must have been watching different games than me. Our defense is in desperate need of speed.

This kid and Gray likely coming for Bama game. Teammates of '14 recruit Jalen Tabor and D Funderburk.

With the way AJ played against Bama last year (13 tackles and 1 interception), I have a feeling that he is going to like watching our LB play on his visit.

Wonder what flight they'll be on Saturday for the Bama game? Couldn't hurt if I just happened to bump into them at their game Friday before and then happened to bump into them at Reagan on the way to the game... Stay in their ear a little. Lol.

Appears Tennessee and USCe are his leaders, w/ Tennessee in top spot. Yannick has always liked the Vols. He committed to Maryland but Tennessee was his true #1. IMO
Similar story with teammate Derwin Gray, who also committed to Maryland over Tennessee.
CSS is their recruiter.

YN will take an OV to Tennessee. If able, I think he and Derwin Gray visit together AND quite possibly on 10.20

I like where we are w/ both and believe there is a very real possibility that one, if not both sign w/ Tennessee NSD.

Why would they both commit to Maryland if they both really wanted to come to UT?

I don't know much about YN but Gray had FSU #1 until they didn't take his commit during camp. He made 2 visits last year for Goldman and atleast 2 during the spring and summer before he committed to Maryland. IMO Gray to FSU IF grades are together.

Locksley got these kids to commit early. Lots of promises and smooth talking, but it couldn't withstand the awful state of the Maryland program.

Did you not read my response (to you) in DG thread?

Tennessee and South Carolina right now with Maryland still a factor. If they continue to win they will be in it for him. Need to get him here for a game in my opinion.
