The best haven't been committing to UT for what reasons? Let's all say it out loud - because our team stunk it up the last two years and we are not certain it won't happen again this season.

The best know this. They know the coaching staff won't be around if it continues. They know the other good/great players won't join them because of this, so they will not be showcased and win championships.

The only answer to this is to win with what you have, which is SEC quality now.

For who? Alabama, Florida and LSU? Or for Vandy, Kentucky and Ole Miss?

You obviously don't tell Henry to "kick rocks" is he wants to commit, but I'd be disappointed if we have Green, but lose him because we sign Henry.

Ga game is way more important. If Henry chose UT and we lose our next 4 all against ranked teams the best we finish is 7-5 and i am not sure that saves Dooley's job. Then when we start hiring a new guy who knows who we keep or get, depending on the hire. Plus getting Green would be bigger than Henry. Green is a more pure RB.

How much more pure of a runner do you want?!

ive come to the conclusion that if DH doesnt commit here....hes crazy. henry would get touches Tomorrow! not only does he have to compete with yeldon, but they have TWO 4 stars in their class already. I think saban is recruiting him to change his position when he enrolls because he will have to to play. It reminds me of this 4 star years back named broderick green. He went to my buddies HS and had aton of hype. He went to USC and was 4th string and ended up transfering JR year.

Obviously beat them the next four years, with or without henry. I think beating them this year will secure DD well enough to land an elite back, so given the choice, I'd prefer beating UGA to landing Henry, if the choice were given toe in some weird parallel universe.

Green does seem to have better technique and carries the ball tighter, just like to see him break a few more tackles, but again his competition looked a lot better than Henry's imo.
