Dye and Kamara should be 1a and 1b. I like
Green but he seems to be a Big Ten running back. Elder is dynamic but he is an athlete that could play both ways. Also don't forget Wilkins and Dodson who are both solid instate backs

Dodson is a good little back but we've already got that. Elder is nasty and I want him in the slot personally but he'll be a fine RB. Dye and Kamara are as good a tandem as any in the country. If we could get those two I would pop more than a few bottles.

Where does it say that he's not coming I've looked at Scout and rivals and none of them have reported.

Damn, sucks about Dye. We need to try and lock down a top notch RB. I think we will see earlier commitments with the 25 limit.

Well, if it's going to be anywhere other than UT, might as well be outside the SEC. Wish Dye would have at least came up here to see what we have to offer. Somewhere Dabo hollers in delight.

Venom, you think Dye eventually makes it up here for a visit, or do you still think a Clemson commit seems imminent?

Not sure saw him this weekend with a Bama sweatshirt on lol hes really looking at the depth charts and where he can get early playing time. He really liked his Auburn visit and feels he can play there and Clemson early.

Does he not see that he can play at Tennessee early, too? Come on, OV, you are supposed to be nudging him towards Knoxville. :)

I think alot of RBs are not considering the Vols because of the pathetic run game we had last year and the coaching staff having no clue how to fix it. Showing a decent run game this year and the staff willing to commit to running the ball instead of throwing it 62 times a game would get us back in the thoughts of some of these backs. The problem right now is it seems alot of the better backs are not willing to wait for UT to figure out how to run the ball and play physical on the OL. Good chance we find ourselves in the same position this year late in the recruiting season trying to find a tweener or some back who was cut loose by someone else.

Winning is the only reason we're having problems. If we had stayed healthy and kept winning we would've pulled a top back. We were all over college gameday before Hunter and Bray got hurt. All the coaches would've done was show Poole run up the back of Linemen(that's what they showed to Mike Davis). Who wouldn't want to be the RB that gets to run against 7 man fronts all game? But we didn't win last year so it doesn't matter.

SN: why the hell do you even post? I mean why don't you just go somewhere. You don't like Dooley so why do come in every thread taking a shot at UT football? Why don't you just sit back and stfu until after the season. This shxt is getting old.
