Pretty sure the story with Bell always has been and will continue to be that he is holding out to make sure we show improvement and start to turn the corner. I can't say I blame him or any top level recruit for wanting to make sure he doesn't commit to a coaching staff who isn't going to be around after the end of the season.

As long as Hubbs continues to think he is a Vol as long was we win some games, you have nothing to worry about.
