'13 TX FS Kameron Miles

I asked the kid personally if it would affect him. He said he loves the coaches, but has fell in love with Knoxville. He said "don't matter what happens, I'm all Vol baby." So, to me your opinion has zero merit, being that I'm comparing you to him.

Well now that you are announcing yourself as being in direct contact with him, I guess my opinion would have no merit to you. But no need to be a tool about it. I made my statement before you came with new info.

After sitting with McNeils parents before the Vol Walk for about an hour I learned one thing. Kids don't always choose schools because of coaches.Joseph recruited McNeil and he still came to Tennessee. Schools recruited him tell the end even at the Army Bowl. His mom said are you sure to him.She told that he said he could see himself raising a family in Knoxville. It was great talking to his mom.She said it was there first game as a family. My wife and I got a bye hug. So hopefully Miles can see Knoxville the same way

Sorry dude, wasn't trying to be a tool. I guess we're all a bit on edge here, our team is making it that much easier to be. I'm not an insider with this kid, just asked him some questions. He could have been blowing smoke, but I have to at least go off of what he says. If I offended ya, I'm sowwy :good!:.

We're good. Thanks

He's a gonner. Would you want to play in this defense not knowing where to even line up?

Not knowing where to line up would be on the player. So why wouldn't a recruit want to come in and take that players spot since he knows that player isn't getting it done?

With the way this staff is coaching we are going to see some tough losses of the better portion of our class. Would not be surprised if he ends up at A&M since he is a Texas kid.

If Dooley and Sunseri are still here by December...we may have to explore the Texas intermural penal league good behavior weekend release program for Texas athletes wanting out if Texas.

Well, if I read what Skeeter posted correctly, then keeping Dooley would get some of the more big time recruits we are on, on board. But, this sitting around not announcing anything is hurting us. So either he is let go or kept, either way one of the two needs to be done.

So while the fans would absolutely go nuts if Dooley is kept, I don't believe recruits see things like we do.

Sitting around not saying anything means literally that.

Nothing is happening.

You shouldn't interpret silence as anything other than what it is. Nothing.

I agree, but the problem is you can't really do either right now. You can't let him go today without a surefire replacement which is hard to arrange with him still in place. You can't extend him or give a vote of confidence because what if they drop the Mizzou and/or Vandy game, you can't keep him then. We just have to let it play out and hopefully they pull these last few games out.

Brian Perroni just posted this on TOS:
I'm pretty close to his recruitment and If I had to predict right now I honestly think he switches to A&M when all is said and done. You may want to also check out his Twitter timeline tonight. He's communicating with A&M commits and current players and he is stepcousins and close to Aggie DE Damontre Moore.
