'13 TX FS Kameron Miles

Brian Perroni just posted this on TOS:
I'm pretty close to his recruitment and If I had to predict right now I honestly think he switches to A&M when all is said and done. You may want to also check out his Twitter timeline tonight. He's communicating with A&M commits and current players and he is stepcousins and close to Aggie DE Damontre Moore.

He says he just got the A&M offer... God is good.

Now... You can begin to worry

I'm not a fan of the early playing time card. Our last good defense was in 2009, and we get worse every year. If early playing time were a legitimate pitch, we would have a top 10 defense by now.

Not knowing where to line up would be on the player. So why wouldn't a recruit want to come in and take that players spot since he knows that player isn't getting it done?

Bad positioning generally, not always, equates to bad coaching. As it seems to be happening in all our games this year... I'd say bad coaching is the issue. If I were Miles, I wouldn't want to play for Sunsuri either... I'd want to play for a coaching staff that appears to know what they are doing. I do not say this easily, cause I've been a BO fan for over fifty years, and UT is my alma mater.

GBO!

Well, if I read what Skeeter posted correctly, then keeping Dooley would get some of the more big time recruits we are on, on board. But, this sitting around not announcing anything is hurting us. So either he is let go or kept, either way one of the two needs to be done.

So while the fans would absolutely go nuts if Dooley is kept, I don't believe recruits see things like we do.

If Dooley stays, we continue to rebuild....he goes, we go back 3 to 4 years....it is your choice fans......simple as that...

Yeah, you're right.

Bama should have kept Shula after all.

Lots of regrets down in T-town since they hired Nick.

yeah, but if we don't get Gruden, I don't see a Saben type hire.................getting sick of it all.............Hart needs to fish or cut bait but do something

This kids commitment has been pretty loose to begin with...I won't be shocked at all when he decommits...

Skeet says Carr is another one to watch...I will really be upset over that one if it happens...I just hope JRM and Sanders can keep him steady...they seem to har a close relationship

Wasnt Perroni the guy who posted on twitter that tennessee wasnt even a finalist for Ladarrel Mcneil??????????

While bad coaching is playing a part, we literally have guys who are lining up in the wrong area. That is on the player. A few times a game, you will see one of the linebackers trying to get a secondary guy in the right spot. If that linebacker knows where you should be, but you dont, then that is on you as a player.

Now don't get me wrong, there is plenty of problems with the coaching. But we are lacking in the player dept too.

He's already set up a visit there after the football season. He sounded interested in A&M in the Rivals article but not blown away.

We'll see. I thought he would be one of the first to bounce if there was a change, but Orangehammer has spoken to him and is quite confident he is a Vol regardless of situational changes. Let's see how it comes out in the wash.
