'13 TX FS Kameron Miles

Well, if I read what Skeeter posted correctly, then keeping Dooley would get some of the more big time recruits we are on, on board. But, this sitting around not announcing anything is hurting us. So either he is let go or kept, either way one of the two needs to be done.

So while the fans would absolutely go nuts if Dooley is kept, I don't believe recruits see things like we do.

You also have to consider that a teenage kids mind changes like the wind.

I honestly have never seen him coming here. The whole committing before even visiting the school, and doing it very early, caused me to worry.

If he decommits everyone on here will say he sucks, never wanted him, and my favorite coaches told him to look elsewhere.

I think Miles likes UT and his position coaches. If they are gone, he will probably be as well. Kids get close to the coaches that recruit them. If I recall correctly, I think he was recruited by Ansley.

He is being smart to keep other options available as they come up. If something goes down that he doesn't like, he can go somewhere else. Being from Texas, this one should have us concerned. If Ansley is still here, he probably sticks. Not sure if we want Ansley to stay. But, that is how I think it plays out.

If coaches can take away commitment, can't blame kids for decommitting. Just do it earlier instead of later on for either parties. Kid is smart to keep looking. No one seems to know what is going to happen with this staff including Hart.

Bound to happen to a few players. I hope he stays committed. Santos repeated?

No, Miles will be gone by Christmas. He was never totally sold on UT and he really likes A&M. A&M is a rising power house. They play in the SEC now which helps their recruiting IMO. They are in Texas where there are great high school players everywhere, and most importantly they are well coached.

Everything is in our favor on this one really.. Close to home. Family and friends at A&M already. Closer to home for his family. Playing in the west would mean closer road games. Our success this year..

I would not be upset if he keeps his commitment, but he is likely going to do what is best for him and his family.

A&M has 28 commits, they can only take 28 per SEC rules.

Some of those commitments are going to enroll in January, so they go against last year's numbers, when A&M didn't sign all of their allotted open slots. For what it's worth, A&M has a few open slots left.

With the way this staff is coaching we are going to see some tough losses of the better portion of our class. Would not be surprised if he ends up at A&M since he is a Texas kid.

If Dooley and Sunseri are still here by December...we may have to explore the Texas intermural penal league good behavior weekend release program for Texas athletes wanting out if Texas.

hahaha what are they gonna start with eddrick lofton first???

Why do y'all get so worried? Didn't he just say that he saw himself raising a family in Knoxville in an article and that it didn't matter if Dooley was there or not? That he was sold on the city. Quit worrying.

Miles is a solid commit....as things stand now. Coaching changes may affect his commitment and bring into play aTm and other schools. Info is from a recruiting analyst that I know.

It was not specified which coach(es) this pertained to...whether it applied to Dooley, Coiner, or someone else.

Bloo bloo blah blah stars matter bro uga has half the talent we would have if we had a coach worth a ****. Gotta get back in the state of Georgia

RT @max_olson: ESPN 300 S Kameron Miles talks Tennessee pledge. If Sunseri is out, he'll likely look around. Texas an option?

Thanks Max Olson for the Breaking news.
of course he's going to look around. what player wouldnt look around if the coodinator they thought they'd play for gets ousted.

didnt say he'd decommit tho.

That is true, but these kind of scenarios never work good in our favor. The only position I feel confident about in our recruiting is at runningback and that is because AJ Turman said in an interview Jay Graham told him he would still be coaching at UT if a change happens.
