'14 AL LB Gavin Bryant (UT Signee 2/5/14)

Why is he an idiot? Bryant would be a 'Bama commit if it weren't for his grades. I'm not saying he will decommit, but name me another member of this recruiting class that is more likely to do so.

I'll make sure to copy and paste the VQ article when he does flip . I'd love to keep Bryant . Not sure what he does when Bama or AU come calling . Powell said he was done after he committed to us. Guess we got played hard

What's it like coaching CBs at UT? Exactly..... You can't read either . I said purely speculation .

Wow what a reach guy.......Like I said STFU with this negative nonsense like the class will fall apart from a 3 star slot WR from Florida going elsewhere. Kids like Powell are a dime a dozen. Hell Bama probably won't even offer this kid.

BTW: I make enough money to not feel bad about not coaching at the college level. 70K+ a year goes a long way in Alabama for a man with no kids. :)

I could absolutely see it happen too. Hopefully we will have a good year and he will stay

Knoxvillian , breaker boy , class acts . He is the most likely candidate to de-commit other than Powell, IMO. I even said it was purely speculation

To not be worried about Bryant, is the same as not being worried about this upcoming season . We can't be perfect at recruiting .

I'm saying why bring up something like this. I stated Bryant and Henderson were two I most worried about but I won't spread any negativity..... But I see you take personal shots at me and I shouldn't respond back.....Yeah I guess that's how it goes in your world. :salute:

Living in Alabama negates all of that......

Unless you're in Baldwin County

Are you clueless, we have been talking about the possiblity of Bryant flipping for weeks. Get out of here with this notion that it's brand new unnecessary talk that I started. That's just ridiculous. I could bump post after post about Bryant being one of the likely commits to bail if he got the offer he wanted.

Powell said he was ALL VOL, HE WAS DONE , AMIRITE?

Look where we are at.

Bryant has been second in line to be the likely commit to bail. I wasn't the first one to say it. I'm just speculating and forming opinions as people sometimes do.

Just curious, but why would you be worried about him. From everything the kid has told me he is all VOL, 100%. Bryant is the only other I see maybe looking if Bama comes offering, but it will remain that we were willing to offer when they weren't.

You bumped it right after Powell decommited just to keep the negativity flowing. It isn't brand new to say that Bryant is a possible shaky commit. Why bring it up right now? You like being the black rain cloud hovering overhead.

Isn't this a discussion forum? Please tell me how to post and when. I love when you control me.

There is no reason to expect Bryant to decommit.

Alabama is not going to offer Bryant. If he is a qualifier, he is a Vol.

When you name a highly rated in-state player especially LB that Bama wanted but didn't get under Saban let me know. Jameis Winston would be in Alabama if he could've gotten to play MLB baseball. I know the recruiting game in this state and it's all Alabama. Auburn fans even know it.

Solid wisdom, Villian, solid wisdom. Bryant most likely will be our next one if he gets his grades in order.

Forgive me for interrupting, but I'm trying to follow. So what you're saying is Alabama and Auburn wouldn't offer the kid, so we do and he accepts/commits. By what you're saying is he did this with the only thought in his mind being "I'll commit to UT now, for absolutely no reason, and then I'll flip if an Alabama school offers?"

I think that's highly unlikely considering the depth Bama has and the commits they have already this year. He was also quoted saying "If I can't play with Alabama or Auburn, then I'm going to play against them." Those don't sound like words of a kid who's sitting around waiting on an offer to flip. JMO.
