Unless he decommits, there is no reason to assume he will IMO.
This is a funny post but its very true.
I don't think we would have accepted his commitment if we thought he would flip the first time Bama calls. Our staff is smarter than that.
And if we did, that probably means they think the kid is so good that he's worth the risk.
If an Auburn coach were to reference a message board to try and get a kid to flip his commitment he should be fired immediately.
It's a message board dude. Nothing more.
A few years ago I would have agreed. But I'm sure someone said something similar about coaches texting. We have several posters here that are related to the players. I wouldnt put it past a coach to have someone following the chatter. If an Auburn coach were to reference a message board to try and get a kid to flip his commitment he should be fired immediately.

We like Bryant on tape. He has some good tools and his size appears to be legit. However, we haven't seen him in person. We've seen the other inside linebackers in the state of Alabama and feel they are better prospects right now. However, Bryant could move up in the next rankings release because we will have game film and production to go on. Not a big sample size with him at the moment.
I agree
Powell moved into the top 250 too lol
It's been mentioned that he hasn't visited UT since his commitment because he was focusing on his grades through the Summer.
Has there been any recent comments out of his mouth about the Vols or his commitment? Seems like he committed and then there was the normal couple days later cover story but nothing since.

AL.com's Ben Thomas and Josh Bean addressed both questions in this week's Coastal Alabama Recruiting Update.
Thomas visited Jackson this week, where quarterback Matthew Jordan and linebacker Gavin Bryant told him they're strongly committed to Georgia Tech and Tennessee, respectively. The duo also discussed the recruitment of St. Paul's Josh Casher, who de-committed from Auburn this summer.
