'14 CA CB Adoree' Jackson (Signed with USC)

Skeeter's insight makes sense. The angle to recruit his parents may have been realistic but I think Adoree resented it. He made a comment right after the Vol coaches had their in home about coaches telling him one thing and his parents another. It wasn't about the Vols in particular but the timing was telling. And by the way I think the comment reveals more about Adoree than anything our coaches might have said to him or to his parents.

It aint over til it's over, but.......It's over!

Can somebody with Photoshop skills put CBJ's head on that girl? Would be instant gold!

Like I said the other day, new recruiting rules should be put in a place, a few new rules could eliminate a ton of this drama queen stuff.

Of course all of this is going bye bye in 4-7 years imho. NW players trying to unionize is just the first of many legal actions as what the NCAA/schools is doing is a racket.

It won't work. Get paid a regulated amount every year with no scholarship or have a scholarship. These kids aren't thinking about the big picture. Universities can't afford to pay hard cash to athletes. It will not be just football players. It will be golfers, basketball, volleyball, gymnastics, soccer, lacrosse, etc. It will ruin college athletics and soon kids that do not have the predetermined means, will not be able to go to college. There's a bigger picture than revenue vs scholarships. It pans the entire landscape of higher education.

What kind of rule would eliminate this "drama queen stuff"??

It suggests that the athletes do not want an education and would rather have whatever the scholarship is worth in money IMO. I think most football players see their work in the classroom as a hindrance to their NFL dreams. I don't blame them for thinking this way, doesn't mean it is a good idea.

It doesn't matter what the Universities can afford.

It's called a racket. If the NCAA was running garbage collection the DOJ would be involved and be calling this scam the mafia. There is no reason the NCAA or Schools should be treated different, which is what has been going on, it's a huge criminal racket.

Adoree lost close to 2,000 followers on his twitter page. Once all the Vol fans pull off his page I'd say he will lose 1,000 more. That's like getting kicked in the nuts to kids these days...especially guys with the ego of Adoree. He's going to go through post signing day depression

Adoores=Ambles I think Adoores would be a cancer to the team. Its seems like it is all about him.this whole deal reminds me of Markieth Ambles, who for those of you that don't know, ended up at Houston.:hi:

He still has like 10k followers plus he will gain a ton from whatever school he goes to. I think he will be alright.

Yeah I want to know more about what LSU-SIU keeps hinting about.

There is no hint. Players are doing the drama queen stuff and it's getting nearly impossible for schools to even know when players are coming, if at all, which in turns messes up other recruits, signings, and EEs. It's like watching a circus.

I am with you on this but what NCAA rule could help??

I like it when we are hoping for a certain player to committ to U.T., then when they decide to commit elsewhere, we start mentioning their short comings. As if we didn't really want them to commit to U.T. anyway.

Too slow! Bad attitude! Not coachable! No upper body strength!

Why do people always do this with recruiting?

Here is a kid who has basically kept his mouth shut and done absolutely nothing and people still bash the character of the kid.
