14 FL WR Lawrence Lee (Previous UT commit)

so anyone that doesn't agree with you is stupid? how enlightened..

No. Just you.

I'm kidding. Didn't have anybody to argue with at work today, so I'm doing it here. :) We all have different opinions on stuff. Can't have this many fans and expect all of us to see things the same way, right?

Not very enthusiastic about this outcome. I was very excited on Lee becoming a Vol. He could flat-out play. I don't care about his low-star rating or offer list. He appeared to be the best WR commit UT had, IMO. I think it was pretty obvious from a film standpoint that Lee would have quickly became a contributor for UT in the slot. He sure looked to be college ready at the WR position.

Not thrilled he is parting ways, but I do trust that Coach Jones has a plan. I do wish Lawrence Lee the best though.

Nice post, flow, w/ good points. Lee is exciting to watch but Powell is the better prospect, IMO.

agreed, and i am all for divergent thought.

i do find it so very tiresome though that so many of our fans (not you ;) immediately go to the "you're not a real fan" argument any time someone questions the program.

but hey, we need all our mighty Vol fans

Not everyone fits in with what we are trying to do here. Every brick must be aligned and have the other bricks best interest in mind as well

- tweet from CZA

Ouch. Surprised the staff is tweeting about it.

It's perception --- personally I see nothing wrong w/ AZ's tweet. He is speaking to chemistry, selflessness, and team goals. One team - One dream.

Kameel is the best WR we have committed. Wait Til he gets some juco film out there. If he can play w Broyles and Stills in their rotation as a frosh then he's a baller.

I get it.

There is a portion of the fan base that will defend at all costs. And that"s understandable. It's like somebody making fun of your mom, and they aren't having it.

Others will hold them to a standard that will be impossible to reach, and nothing they do will ever be good enough.

And then there's the rest of us in the middle. (At least that's where I feel like I am. Others will disagree.)

I really wish we could have held on to Lee (very underrated prospect IMO) and I hope only the best for him wherever he ends up playing. This is their decisions and one of the most important ones they will make in their life. I respect that and hope nothing but the best for them all...vol or not.

Atm, he's our only WR.

I like KJ, he's a big athletic target w/ good hands, good speed --- not flashy but knows how to make players miss. We are in on some very athletic and talented WR's, we'll see once NSD arrives who is on-board.

Not our only WR. Powell and Wharton are slot WR. Kameel is prob the only Outside guy. Idk ab creamer. Yes I like his style. Strong and physical.

What do you mean he's our only WR? Are just counting the other guys (Vic, Powell, and Creamer [the only one who I don't think stays as WR]) as athletes at this point since that's what they are listed as?

VW & Powell are slot guys, KJ is a WR, both are receivers but so too is TE and H-Back that doesn't make them a WR.
Creamer may get a shot at WR a look at TE, I could see a move to defense as well.
Same w/ VW, he'll probably get a look @ slot and I think he'll be looked at on "D" too.
