For those asking, Vic, Kameel, and probably other commits are basically saying he's scared of competition. Just because Lawrence says that's not why he decommitted, doesn't mean it's the truth. Personally I think Vic's word is pretty strong and honest...

Sorry late to the party, but I always thought we had three commits that could possibly not be there on NSD. Lee, Wolf, and Paulk. I hope that this opens a spot for Booth now, but who knows. I have never followed recruiting as closely as I have the last two or three years, and this class is starting to add up quick and there are only so many spots left and so many kids we are in on. It's a good problem to have but at the same time it sucks because now a days we can follow a recruit so close that I feel kinda bad for some of the guys that want to be a vol but proly won't make it in. Hope this class stays on top and brings us back to glory.

Wth ? They knew his size when they first offered. People can try and guess about what happened all they want but nobody but Lee and BJ knows. Talk about size ,Wharton looks like he will get broke in half in the SEC as thin as he is. Does not mean he will.

Didn't come out like I meant, my bad.

I meant out of all our recruits if any were to decommit I think it would be these three. because out of all our recruits they seem to be the least VFLish. I could be way off and hope I am, I just wouldnt be that suprised if any of those three backed out, which Lee did.

Yeah Z should ignore it. Lee is very talented but its obvious he must not have fit in with the rest of the class and not a fan of heavy competition. We can't have that attitude. It's very telling to see all the commits comments. They know the true story.

I read that as if he was trying to keep people from hating on the kid. All he said was that he was not a good fit and is looking out for his best interest.

How is it a Vandy move? He's saying there are particular puzzle pieces, and not everybody - regardless of how good they are - is going to be a piece of the Vols puzzle.

Vandy would simply say you aren't good enough for us.

I don't think it should be taken like you guys are taking it. IMO he was explaining to the fans the circumstances of the decommitment. He said nothing wrong.
