What's a good body fat % for an OL? Weighing 320 is pretty good but if you're like 40% body fat l, not so much. Hopefully he's losing the right way.

I would say 20-25%, with him being so big/tall he could get it a little lower.

I think 320ish at 6'8" is a good number for him at RT. 310 would be smaller than both of our starting takles--JJ and Tiny. And he's taller than both of them. As long as he turns some fat into muscle and gets stronger I'm not too concerned about the actual number.

Richardson is 318 and he has one of the biggest frames I have ever seen. If Brown had the same body fat percentage of Richardson he would be 295-300 pounds at most. James is 318 as a senior and came in at around 300. It got too big for a while though.

What does Brown have to do to get a 4th star?

I think he would have to show quite a bit. He was good the last time we saw him, at the Under Armour Combine in January, but his weight is the No. 1 issue. If he shows up and weighs in at 325 and plays well, he'll be in a good position to move up.

The Bryant Q has been asked but not yet answered.

The Paulk Q has been answered before, last update. They want to see him this fall as the feature back, size is a concern. He was the backup last year and they want to see how he performs as the #1 RB on his HS team and if he does well he will likely get the bump to a 4star after the season.

Oh ok. Thanks man. I must have missed that about Paulk. I don't see any reason why Bryant shouldn't be a 4 star. Im very interested to see what have to say when they answer that question. I know they also question Paulk but he's a solid build. He's 205lbs and benches like 410 already. He may not have great top end speed but that's alright. He's plenty fast enough.

20% is probably idea. You need a huge frame to carry around 300 pounds with just 20% body fat

Richardson is right at 14-15% body fat at 318 pounds.

I honestly can't think of anyone who has the shoulders and chest of Tiny Richardson at 6'6". He is huge.
