'14 GA OL Orlando Brown (Signed with Oklahoma)

Richardson is right at 14-15% body fat at 318 pounds.

I honestly can't think of anyone who has the shoulders and chest of Tiny Richardson at 6'6". He is huge.

Tiny is absurdly lean for an OL. Really a freakish build. For "normal" OL, I would say 20% is a good target, lol

Agree on all fronts. Tiny is one scary dude, but has the best heart and personality you will ever find. He deserves 1st team all American, I hope he gets it.

UT Commit Orlando Brown Jr says he is down to 340 lbs from 400+. Jon Nelson says he has basically lost a 4th grader.

You can really see the weight lost in that picture, going to be a monster for us.
Not that it matters to much, he will be good either way, but he will be bumped to a four star playing at that weight all year and dominating.

But he is planning to be an AE (i.e., an awesome enrollee)!

Good to see the kid taking ownership of his future. Have to think he can make a much earlier impact at 315-325. He keeps it up and I think he will get there before he steps on campus.

Glad he plays football and babysitting! Parents don't like it when you lose their kids.
