"The trip was great. I spent a lot more time with my coach, my position coach, coach Martinez and spent more time talking to coach Jancek, the defensive coordinator. We talked more football. Overall, it was a great trip," McDowell said.

"Everything stands out about Tennessee. Everything about them," McDowell said. "Family and they all have one purpose in playing football and that's winning a national championship. But, that they focus on other things like being a family and that stuck out to me more."

"Tennessee leaves a way big impression right now, a big impression, on myself and my mom. Like I said, they talk about family things and being leaders and that's something I always want to have is be a leader and have a family around me," McDowell said. "Everything is all even right now, but they have a nice edge."

"When coach Martinez was at Auburn me and him were talking and for him to transfer schools and still recruit me, that's a big thing for me and just for the other coaches to jump on me right away is something big because most schools won't really do that," McDowell said. "So, for Tennessee to do that it's big." "I probably won't know anything until summer time when I start narrowing everything down. Maybe before then. I just have to talk to my mom about it," McDowell said.

Nick is all about Nick and Butch is all about team. Big difference in being a self absorbed A-hole and being a Coach that cares about his players. Sentimore even said the little prick wouldn't even say Hello in passing. I won't mention about him stepping over a convulsing Miami Dolphin like nothing was happening.

There is no one that teaches the value of "team" more than Nick Saban. I do not like the guy, but to say that he is all about himself simply bc he's whipped our butt year in and year out is simply ludicrous.

Yea thats so not true. Saban does not teach the value of team over every Coach in Football. Far, Far from it.

I thought the same thing. Nick Saban will drop 10 kids from the roster the split second he lands a higher rated recruit. I'm not sure how that would have him showing he values his "team" at all. Just wait for the news that 8 guys who have not started all come down with a case of the bird flu and must quit football. "Making room"!!

Oh no… He must be leaning towards Bama now. If he was still a Vol lean, then they would have dropped him to a three star.
