Also said a final decision would be Wednesday.
lambert told govols247 on sunday night via text message that hes planning to make his decision known during a signing ceremony at 3 p.m. Est wednesday in his hometown of keysville, ga.
The 6-foot-3, 278-pound lambert said hes staying quiet until wednesday the first day of the early junior-college signing period about his upcoming decision, but he admitted that his mind has been made up on which school he will be choosing.
Now, he said, hes going to discuss with my family about it before signing with one of the teams wednesday.
If Matt Watson is on this board, I just want you to know you can go **** yourself.
Don't tweet stupid things to recruits. As I said in my tweet to you; never tweet a recruit again, you're making us all look bad.
I thought my post was fairly clear. I dont see what was so confusing about it.
Auburn's coaches feel that their pitch has legitimately peaked his interest. Auburn feels fairly good because the kid isn't saying "Sorry, no thanks". He is hard to read because he's been telling several schools favorable things during his recruitment, which is why neither side here has a solid idea what this kid is going to do on Wednesday. The current "silence" is obviously implied to be bad for Tennessee: you guys had the last visit and he is already committed to you, it seems strange that he hasn't verbally finalized his commitment since the in-home meeting if he truly did plan on sticking with you guys. Obviously the "silence" could turn out to mean jack-****; but in the world of recruiting it usually isn't great news (looking at it from the UT angle).
Don't like the ceremony thing. Usually doesn't work out well for the team that the kid was already committed to.
Obviously the class is still amazing without this kid, but he makes a bigger difference to our success next year than any other commit IMO. Adding a stud starting DL could easily mean the difference of a win, and with our schedule that could be the difference between going to a bowl or not.
Maybe he's doing this to just build suspense for u is ceremony.Don't like the ceremony thing. Usually doesn't work out well for the team that the kid was already committed to.
