I suspect grade issues might have effected his final ranking, but being 1st team All-State in Georgia's 2nd largest classification is a pretty good honor. Former 4 star Vol signee Kevin Ware was 2nd team behind Baulkman.

I saw him compared to De'Montre Edwards, out of high school Edwards was region 8-AAAA all-region. Not quite on par with 1st team all-state.

Anyways, pretty lame approach to a change in coaching staff. It is what it is so live with it or find another team to follow.

I like what he's bringing in. Long athletic guys who can shoot and jump. Plus we have Hubbs and the big man who just came in from FGCU. I'm not saying they'll beat Kentucky but it sure will be fun to watch on the break.

As late in the period when we hired Tyndall, I think he is doing a great job getting kids to come to UT. We knew this years team was not going to be any good with Martin and his recruiting. It looks like Tyndall might just bring a better class this year than anyone thought.

Just talked to someone who knows him and went to GCSC. He said DB is good. Said he scored 48 points one game including about 15 3s. Said his problem is consistency. He has some cold games where he has trouble getting something going.

Won't be like last couple of seasons where one slumping player can kill you. DT's recruited several shooters to fill the gap.

I agree. Some people are forgetting that CDT just got hired a few weeks ago. Anybody who expected this class to be great needs a reality check. Based purely on secondhand accounts, it seems like he's cobbled together a pretty damn good group of athletic players. If they're able to have a halfway decent season, it will exceed my expectations.

It's impossible to be critical of what Tyndall has done in three weeks, IMO.

Exactly Freak! No way anyone with any idea of what's going on could be critical of Tyndall given the situation. I think it is pretty incredible what he has done.

Don't worry about me - it will be very easy to make me happy. I want to see how CDT W-L record compares to CCM after 3 years. If its comparable or better, or if CDT takes us to the NCAA tourney and does same or better than CCM he will prove to be an upgrade (assuming he also runs a clean program like CCM and does not get us into trouble with NCAA). That will still not absolve the morons for running with their petition however. That was just dumb and had nothing to do with CDT. Remember petition was to bring CBP back?
By the way, I like CDT very much so far - is that OK with you and the rest of the forum police on this forum or is this not acceptable since I also still feel CCM did a great job for us?
