'14 NC RB Derrell Scott (UT Signee 2/5/14)

As a couple other posters pointed out, the use of a 3rd RB is not going to sway highly ranked RB's. No highly ranked RB is going to use the logic "well as the #3 RB at UF I will get 35 carries all year but at UT I will only get 21 carries".

If we had a quality third back, they would get plenty of action. We've used a two back set many times with Neal and Lane. Having a quality third back would open this up more and create opportunities to get a guy like Scott in positions that maximize his skill set. PT wouldn't be an issue.

I think it's probably safe to say USCe better be hoping we beat Auburn otherwise this could be our next commit.

I edited too. I haven't seen it before, about being tied, but I have made some USC fans upset because I quoted a USC insider saying "if they pushed for Scott." Also, UNC people thought Scott believed USC was slow playing him. Numbers are tight for USC, so I can see him at either school. He has friends at both schools.
