'14 OH DE/LB Joseph Henderson (UT Signee 2/5/14)

I actually know a guy who went from a 16 to a 29. Obviously this is a lesser difference. It also was under different circumstances. It may be unlikely, but I wouldn't call it apparent cheating.

I went from a 18 to a 29, but the 18 was in 7th or 8th grade.

Folks need to lighten up jeez! A very simple explanation:
First test he had to take while he was on his unofficial visit to Bammer. As soon as he crossed the state line from TN to Alabubba it was like Space Jam, the state sucked out all his "talents/knowledge". He took the test and actually got acknowledged for helping raise the state avg. however, he wondered around for months trying to figure out how to tie his shoes, why he drove everywhere with his high beams on all the time and why he had a handicap license plate. He was settling in and beginning to feel just like everyone else when Butch found him, brought him back to Ktown, he returned to normal, retook his ACT and walla.....quite simple really

Elsewhere on the team, Joe Henderson will not return to the University of Tennessee next semester. The freshman defensive end encountered some academic issues midseason and was pulled off the field by NCAA order. He'll work to get his academics further straightened out before facing another decision on his college future down the road.

Best way to look at it. Liked Joe's potential as a speed rusher but it is what it is. it gives us another spot next year right?

That's what I'm thinking. With so many great players still out there that have us high on their list and so few spots left, I've got to think we'll upgrade that scholy. No offense to Joe, he had potential too..

Good talent, but we're loaded at DE. Not a huge loss with Barnett, Hendrix, Maggitt, Vereen, Lewis, Miller set for next year. That's before the young reinforcements get here. Attrition happens with any program.
