Actually that's fantastic evidence when you're trying to get 'the guy'. If we try another combo guard that doesn't work, then they take up a SG position when we could have recruited a real shooter. I don't know how that isn't concrete evidence, you learn from past mistakes.One combo guard that was not able to handle the point is awesome concrete evidence that it can't be done. Thank you for this enlightening revelation.
It's just more of a gamble getting a combo guard then a true point guard who can transition into a shooter.
