Per that same article OSU writer says he is not a take atm for the OSU staff
Kurelics Comment: I give the edge to South Carolina with Tennessee and Ohio State the top two challengers at this point. The Ohio State staff is not ready to push for a commitment from Ford, but that could happen down the road, especially if Ford has a big camp performance. I will be looking forward to seeing Ford at the Buckeyes camp in June.

I don't understand this fascination with Ohio State. Sure, CUM had success at UF, but he left a pretty awful roster--by UF standards--for Muschamp after he "retired." Plus, he is dirtbag that used his family as the excuse to retire from UF (i.e., he said he wanted to spend more time with his family) and then he takes the OSU job less than a year later (I guess family wasn't that imporant after all). More importantly, have these kids been to Ohio in late fall or winter or even watched Ohio State play on the national stage? Ohio is a miserable place and Ohio State gets decimated in every big game they play against the SEC, etc. If you're from the Southeast and you're a great football player, stay in the region to play football and beat the snot out of OSU when you play them. Let Ohio State recruit Ohio, Iowa, Michigan, and Pennsylvania.
Vonn Bell disagrees with you. I'm no Buckeye homer but if they weren't under sanctions they would have been in the title game against Bama (probably wouldn't have won but that matters little). You have a young talented QB together with a coach that has won not just one by many NC's and play in a winnable conference. No need to continue but you see the idea.
Ohio State would have lost even worse than Notre Dame. Ohio State was probably the worst undefeated team that I have ever seen. I believe from the SEC alone they would have been handily beaten by: Alabama, Texas A&M, Florida, South Carolina, Georgia, and LSU. I also think if UT and OSU had played they would have set an all time record for combined points scored in a game. OSU's D was terribleVonn Bell disagrees with you. Agree 100%
If we had this schedule we would win 9-10 games. Why would any great player want to play a schedule like this other then guaranteed wins.

Had OSU not been on probation, they would have been in the championship game against ND. Bama wouldn't leap 2 undefeated teams. Just sayin'
IMO, OSU would've had no claim whatsoever to being in a NC game with that schedule. I knew it was weak, but that's pathetic.Agree 100%
